DETECTA PROJECT IN PROGRES : Tool on training needs in the construction sector

Thanks to the Detecta project it will soon be possible to identify the training needs of the construction industry at the European level. This Erasmus+ project focuses on the main innovations the construction sector is/will be facing and aims to create a digital tool. That tool will be able to observe those trends and innovations and to make the link with the current training and the further training provision. The Detecta project is going on and is expected to be launched in the course of September. For more information on Detecta, read the results reports available on the website www.e-detecta.eu.

OBJECTIVE

• The development of an instrument
  - identify training and qualification needs continuously
  
  - can deliver results on:
    training requirements,
    trends in emerging professional skills,
    current training offer and its adaption to the demands of companies,
    geo-positioning of both the job offer and the training offer
  
  
• A tool that uses information on prospective reports, job offers, training offers, etc. to know in real time where and with w<hat qualification the workers are needed and to identify whether the existing training offer respond to the demands of companies.
